As an entrepreneur who has been developing businesses in the market economy for more than 40 years, I would like to strengthen the real economy, which is the best way to serve the motherland and give back to society. As a member of the National Committee of the CPPCC, I have been thinking of how to better perform my duties.
Combining the prevention and control of the current epidemic situation and the economic recovery and development after the epidemic, in the proposal, I also put forward the following three suggestions:
Firstly, we should vigorously develop the health industry, advocate the concept of healthy life and guide a healthy lifestyle. The invasion of the coronavirus has made the public more aware of the importance of health, paying more attention to all aspects of health ranging from the diet structure, daily life, ecological environment, etc. The country has raised the building of wellness towns to the national strategy, benchmarking the "Healthy China 2030" Planning Outline and taking health as the starting point of developing wellness towns. Centering on the health industry, we should try to build special towns with pleasant ecological environment while integrating leisure, tourism and other diversified functions that form a health management model of prevention, treatment and care.
Secondly, give full play to and promote the advantages of traditional Chinese medical science and traditional Chinese medicine, and promote scientific and healthy lifestyles in the whole society. We should uphold the concept of "prevention first" and promote the full combination of prevention, treatment and rehabilitation to form a complete system of Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment and publicize it across the country. At the same time, we should drive the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and modern science and technology, and transform international outstanding plant extraction technology achievements, strengthen the innovative research and development of extraction and fermentation technology of traditional Chinese medicine formula, enhance the scientific and technological content of traditional Chinese medicine formula and health care products, and enhance their international competitiveness.
Thirdly, give play to the active role of the general aviation industry in emergencies and economic recovery. In major emergencies, general aviation can play an active role to supplement civil aviation. China's general aviation industry can provide social services in various aspects such as short-distance transportation, regional aviation, disaster relief, outdoor cruise, etc. For example, helicopters can conduct aerial work in support of plague control and firefighting and could also help transport supplies in support of fighting epidemics. China's general aviation industry is still in its infancy and the market is maturing. There is still a gap between China’s efforts and the international general aviation industry, but there is a huge development potential and it is a strategic growth industry. He suggest that the country should formulate detailed industrial development plans to promote the development of general aviation industry from various aspects such as policy support, tax incentives, financial subsidies, industrial guidance, government service procurement, airspace opening.
In this particular period, confidence is more important than gold. I have full confidence in China's economic recovery and development. This confidence stems from the strong leadership of the Communist Party of China, from the institutional advantages of socialism with Chinese characteristics, from the indomitable fighting spirit of the Chinese people, and also from the enormous resilience of the Chinese socialist market economy.
