On July 1st, the Reignwood Health International Cultural Forum organized by Reignwood Culture Foundation was successfully held in Wuxi, Jiangsu province. Professor Hu Dayi, Chairman of the Cardiovascular Disease Professional Committee of the Chinese Association of Rehabilitation Medicine, said: "Lifestyle accounts for 60% of the impact on health and longevity, while medical care’s contribution rate is only 8%. Therefore, the first responsibility for health lies with oneself!" He advocates for the integration of exercise medicine with biomedical, psychosomatic, behavioral, and nutritional medicine, breaking away from a purely biomedical model and forming a comprehensive health management model. He also noted that the stronger the aerobic exercise capacity, the lower the mortality rate, the longer the lifespan, and the better the quality of life. As a beneficiary of aerobic exercise, he hopes that aerobic exercises could be vigorously promoted so that more people can learn to manage their own health.

Reignwood is also taking action to establish an air lifeline for medical emergency rescue. In order to further understand the air transportation and emergency services of helicopters, President Chen Jingyu, Second Level Professor of Nanjing Medical University and Chief Physician, took a ride on a Reignwood helicopter to experience aerial rescue. He said, "The general transportation distance of helicopters is within 500 kilometers. Within this range, the utilization rate of helicopters can be further increased for patient transportation services." After experiencing it firsthand, he stated that, "The ride was very stable, and helicopters have great prospects in the process of medical emergency rescue".
