To implement the spirit of the important instructions of the Party Central Committee on promoting football in schools and construction of grass-roots football coaching teams, the Office of the National Youth Campus Football Work Leading Group organized the National Campus Football Expert Committee to compile the Teaching Instruction Manual of National Youth Campus Football, which is funded by the China Football Development Foundation and Beijing Reignwood Cultural Foundation and will be released to the public for free.

The National Youth Campus Football Teaching Manual is a complete set of 9 volumes, covering primary schools from the first to the sixth grade and junior high school from the first to the third grade. It added theories, games, competitions, etc. on the basis of previous teaching experiences, and was examined and approved by the National Youth Campus Football Expert Committee. The Manual will be open to the public free of charge in a combination of electronic and paper versions.

In order to accelerate the popularization and development of youth football and contribute to a sports power, Reignwood Culture Foundation, practicing the concept of integration of sports with education while standing committed to youth education and training, joined hands with China Football Development Foundation and Beijing Football Association to build a Football Base in Reignwood Pine Valley. The football base is built according to the "5+1" standards, including five standard 11-a-side natural grass football pitches and one planned artificial turf pitch. All these pitches are in line with the international top training base standards with the turf quality and flatness ranking upstream level in the industry.
