The 2020 China Economic and Social Forum, co-sponsored by the China Economic and Social Council and the Guizhou Provincial Committee of the CPPCC, was held in Guiyang with the theme of 'Develop industries capable of increasing rural people's income and promote rural revitalization'. Zhang Qingli, vice chairman of the National Committee of the CPPCC and chairman of the China Economic and Social Council, attended the forum and delivered a speech. Chairman Yan, member of the 13th National Committee of the CPPCC and a member of the China Economic and Social Council, was invited to attend the forum. During the forum, government officials and Chairman Yan also inspected the Guiyang Vegetable Supply Base and made inquiries in detail.

On August 18 this year, Reignwood Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Guiyang Municipal People’s Government and the Gui’an New District Management Committee in Beijing, by which Reignwood Group will set up a settlement center for eleven western provinces in Guizhou and build a functional beverage production base. It is expected to contribute tens of billions of output value and 600 million of taxes to Guizhou every year. At present, the cooperation between Reignwood Aviation Group and Guizhou's aviation industry has started, enabling Reignwood Helicopters to fly in Guizhou province.
